Prepaid AI credits
Short caption or reply: 1 credit · Longer worker task: 3 credits per worker · Image: 10 credits · 5-second video: 25 credits · 10-second video: 50 credits.
Images support low, medium, or high quality at the same credit rate. Phone service and carrier fees are separate; an AI receptionist reply uses 1 credit.
Extra credits cost 6¢ each. Credits are added only after confirmed payment. Included credits reset after each paid monthly renewal and do not roll over. Purchased credits carry forward and require a current paid subscription. No automatic recharge or overage billing. Failed provider requests and confirmed failed video renders return their reserved credits.
Payment testing remains separate: test payments cannot fund real AI requests.
AI generation uses CommandPost-provided accounts and your plan credits. Optional phone carrier and Metricool services are not included in plan pricing.
